End User License Agreement

1. What this covers

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") applies to downloadable resources ("Resources") purchased through any storefront powered by Classmade. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

Each Resource is independently created and sold by the teacher ("Seller") who uploaded it. Classmade is the platform facilitating the transaction, not the creator or licensor of the Resource.

2. What you may do

You may download the Resource to your personal device and use it for educational and personal purposes with your own students or class.

Unless the Seller's product description explicitly states otherwise, you may print physical copies for your own classroom use.

3. What you may not do

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Resource file with others, including other teachers, outside your own classroom use.

You may not use the Resource to create derivative works for resale or redistribution.

You may not share your download link with third parties. Download links are for the original purchaser only.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Resource remain with the Seller. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license as described in this EULA. No ownership or copyright is transferred.

5. Refunds

Because Resources are delivered digitally and instantly, refunds are not automatically available. If you have a concern with a purchase, contact the Seller directly or reach out to Classmade support at support@classmade.co and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

6. No warranties

Resources are provided by Sellers "as is." Classmade does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any Resource.
