Yes. The Free plan costs $0 forever, so you can open your store, publish up to 10 resources at once, and start selling. Classmade keeps 15% of each sale. Pro ($29.99/mo or $299/yr) removes the fee and the publish limit.

None. Setting up your storefront, uploading your resources, and customising your store are all no-code, so no coding or design experience is required.

Any downloadable educational content: worksheets, lesson plans, assessments, slide decks, printables, activity packs, and bundles. Upload PDF, ZIP, slides, documents, spreadsheets, and images, up to 50 MB per file. Buyers download the moment they have paid.

Classmade uses Stripe Connect. You connect your bank account during onboarding, and your earnings are automatically deposited after each sale, with no invoicing needed.

The Classmade fee depends on your plan: 15% on Free, 0% on Pro. It comes off before payout, so you never pay out of pocket. On top of that, Stripe's own processing fee (about 2.9% + 30 cents in most countries) applies. That one is Stripe's, and is standard across all card payments.

Stripe processes payouts on a rolling schedule, typically 2 to 7 business days after a sale, depending on your country and bank. You can see all pending and completed payouts in your dashboard.

Stripe handles the payout schedule. There's no additional minimum set by Classmade. Earnings accumulate and are paid out according to Stripe's standard schedule.

Your Free store lives at yourname.classmade.co, and you choose the slug when you sign up. The Pro plan lets you connect a custom domain (e.g. yourname.com).

Yes. You can update colours, fonts, your logo, the sections on your store, the order of products, and your bio, all from the store builder in your dashboard.

Your buyers are yours. Classmade doesn't own your customer list. You can export your buyer emails from the dashboard at any time.

Set the price to $0 and buyers download right away, with no checkout. Free resources are good for building an audience, and they work before you connect Stripe.

After checkout, buyers land on a confirmation page with a download link. They also receive a receipt email. Downloads are delivered via secure, signed links.

Because resources are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by the seller and Classmade, consistent with applicable consumer-protection law.
