What does Classmade take from each sale?
Free costs $0. Classmade keeps 15% of each sale, and you can have up to 10 resources published at once. Pro is $299.99 CAD/yr or $29.99 CAD/mo. Classmade takes 0% of each sale, so Classmade assigns 100% of the sale price to you before payment processing, and there is no limit on published resources. Stripe processing is separate from Classmade commission. Your financial statement shows the recorded Stripe fee and identifies who paid it only when verified; the new seller-paid settlement applies to prospective orders after rollout. The Classmade fee comes off automatically, so you never send an invoice.
How many Resources can I sell?
Free lets you publish up to 10 Resources at once. Pro has no limit. Drafts never count, only your live published Resources.
What selling tools are included on Free?
Free is designed to get you to a real first dollar: your storefront and checkout, one active bundle, one simple discount code, purpose-scoped Resource waitlists, tracked sharing and basic sales recommendations.
Do I own my buyers and audience?
Your seller relationships are yours. Buyer and subscriber exports stay available to the store owner. Pro adds email-campaign leverage; it does not buy back ownership of your audience.
When do I actually get the money?
Stripe deposits your earnings straight to your bank on its regular payout schedule. The first deposit usually takes a few business days while Stripe verifies your account, then payouts settle on your account's normal cycle.
Do I need a bank account or Stripe account?
Yes. Classmade uses Stripe to deposit your earnings into your bank. Stripe asks for your bank details and some ID. Set aside about ten minutes. Paid selling is available only when Classmade can verify a supported live Stripe route for your real seller country.
Can I cancel if it is not for me?
Yes. Pro is available monthly or yearly with no long-term contract beyond the billing period you choose. Cancel any time from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What if I want to offer a free Resource?
Set the price to $0. Free Resources can help buyers understand your work. Pro can also attach a free Resource or link to an explicit email-list signup.
Can I use my own web address?
Yes, custom domains are available on Pro. Your Free storefront stays at yourname.classmade.co for as long as you want it.
