1. What we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account or store (such as your name, email, and store details), content you upload, and basic usage data needed to operate the platform.

Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe — Classmade does not store full card numbers.

2. How we use it

We use your information to run your store, process orders and payouts, deliver downloads to buyers, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us operate Classmade — for example Stripe for payments and Supabase for hosting and storage — only as needed to provide the service.

When a Buyer purchases from a store, the Seller receives the order details needed to fulfil and support that sale.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers using industry-standard safeguards. Downloadable files are kept in private storage and delivered to Buyers through short-lived, signed links.

5. Your choices

You can access and update your account information from your dashboard, and request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some records may be retained as required for legal or accounting purposes.
